Mission:
To provide a forum for professionals and trainees of diverse backgrounds to develop and promote evidence-based radiation oncology education projects within the scope of graduate medical education (GME).
Initiatives:
- Learning the ROPES (Radiation Oncology Plan Evaluation School) – A curriculum for teaching and assessing treatment plan evaluation.
- TEAM RO – TEAching Mentoring in Radiation Oncology – A multi-institutional pilot study on teaching mentorship skills to residents.
- Physics Curriculum Needs Assessment – A survey-based study to determine areas of weakness in current physics education for radiation oncology residents in the US and Canada.
